1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 22wowph ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 22wowph website or its services — including registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or simply visiting the site — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 22wowph platform and close any active account you may hold. 22wowph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the 22wowph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account's existence:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations that set the minimum gambling age at 21 years old.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 22wowph or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have had a prior account terminated by 22wowph for breach of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

22wowph performs age verification checks on all newly registered accounts. You will be required to submit valid, government-issued Philippine identification documents to complete this verification. Real-money gameplay, deposits, and withdrawals are only available on fully verified accounts. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited without exception.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on 22wowph at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, different device profiles, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 22wowph employs technical and manual detection mechanisms to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances held therein forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your 22wowph account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. You further agree to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate at all times. 22wowph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 22wowph account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 22wowph will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. You agree to notify 22wowph customer support immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your account. 22wowph shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to adequately secure your credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 22wowph requires all players to complete identity verification before withdrawal facilities are unlocked. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: a valid Philippine passport, a PhilSys National ID, a UMID card, a driver's licence issued by the LTO, a PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID, a Voter's ID, or a postal ID. 22wowph reserves the right to request additional supporting documents at any time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

22wowph accepts deposits through the following Philippine-compatible payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are credited to your 22wowph wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits funded from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited amount pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 22wowph are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays. GCash and Maya (PayMaya) withdrawals typically complete within 30 minutes of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and UnionBank are generally processed within the same business day. USDT TRC20 and Coins.ph withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the verified 22wowph account holder. 22wowph reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 22wowph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). USDT TRC20 deposits and withdrawals are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 22wowph does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and is not liable for rate fluctuations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

22wowph offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated on the individual promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your 22wowph account are subject to wag ering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for that bonus. Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

22wowph strictly prohibits bonus abuse in any form. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using automated betting patterns or software to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting mathematical loopholes in bonus structures, and colluding with other players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially. Where bonus abuse is detected, 22wowph reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the relevant account without prior notice.

5.4 Promotion Eligibility

22wowph reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Some promotions may be restricted to players in specific regions of the Philippines, players who have reached a particular Rewards tier, or players who have met specific deposit activity criteria within a defined period. All promotional decisions made by 22wowph are final.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Availability

22wowph offers a range of gaming products including JILI and third-party slot games, live casino tables (baccarat, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, roulette, Sic Bo), sports betting markets covering PBA, NBA, Premier League, UFC, boxing, and local Philippine leagues, live sabong streaming, bingo rooms, and badminton betting markets. The availability of any specific game or betting market may vary and is subject to change at 22wowph's discretion without prior notice.

6.2 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on 22wowph. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be adjusted by 22wowph at any time. 22wowph reserves the right to apply individual account-level bet limits where unusual betting patterns or potential match-fixing activity is suspected.

6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a round or bet, 22wowph will investigate the incident and take remedial action as appropriate. This may include voiding affected rounds and returning staked amounts to player wallets. 22wowph's decision in respect of any game malfunction is final. No compensation beyond the return of the affected stake will be paid in connection with a technical malfunction.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 22wowph are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market at the time of bet placement. Bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided at 22wowph's discretion. In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or cancelled sporting event, settled bets will be handled in accordance with 22wowph's sporting rules applicable to that sport. 22wowph's determination of all sporting results is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22wowph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose under Philippine law or any other applicable legislation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Registering or maintaining multiple accounts in breach of the single account policy.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corrupt conduct in connection with sports betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, tamper with, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the 22wowph platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes of legitimate 22wowph transactions through your payment provider.
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or using offensive language toward 22wowph staff or other platform users.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain without promptly reporting them to 22wowph support.

8. Responsible Gaming

Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial strategy, a means of recovering losses, or an activity that causes harm to you or your family. 22wowph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

9. Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension by 22wowph

22wowph reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: you have breached any provision of these Terms; your account has been involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity; KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe; your account security has been compromised; or any ongoing investigation into your account activity requires a temporary restriction to protect the integrity of the platform.

9.2 Termination by 22wowph

22wowph may permanently close your account where a serious or repeated breach of these Terms has been established, where you have provided fraudulent identification documents, where your account has been used for money laundering or other financial crime, or where continued operation of your account would place 22wowph in breach of any applicable law or regulatory requirement. Upon permanent closure for cause, any funds remaining in your account may be forfeited pending the outcome of any applicable investigation.

9.3 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your 22wowph account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of all applicable KYC verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 22wowph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the 22wowph platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 22wowph platform — including but not limited to the 22wowph brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 22wowph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 22wowph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 22wowph platform without prior written authorisation from 22wowph. Any unauthorised use of 22wowph intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

12. Privacy & Data

22wowph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By creating an account on 22wowph, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments to These Terms

22wowph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will take effect from the date stated in the amendment notice.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
